The built-in chiller maintains a consistent temperature so you get the same experience every session.

Most practitioners recommend starting with 1–3 minutes and gradually increasing to 10–15 minutes as your body adapts. Listen to your body, exit immediately if you feel lightheaded, and never plunge alone if you're new to cold therapy.

The Residential unit ($6,150) is optimized for home use — it's compact, quiet, and designed for 1–2 users per day. The Commercial unit ($6,750) is built for high-traffic environments like gyms, spas, and recovery centers, with a more robust cooling system and a larger water capacity suited for multiple users throughout the day.

Yes. PlungeZero systems are designed to be used both indoors and outdoors. If placed outside, we recommend sheltering the unit from direct sunlight and extreme weather to extend its lifespan. Both the Matte Black and Sauna Skin finishes hold up well in outdoor environments.

Both units are available in two styles — Matte Black and Sauna Skin (a warm wood-look finish). All units come with a hardtop lid. All combinations are available at the same price.
