Limited Warranty Period
This Bloomfield Systems LLC (DBA Plunge Zero) Limited Warranty gives you, the residential customer, express limited warranty rights from Bloomfield Systems for one year. This Limited Warranty covers only residential use. Additionally, customers have the option to extend the warranty period for an additional fee to enjoy extended coverage beyond the initial one-year period. Bloomfield Systems may offer one year of complimentary limited technical support by phone without a fee. Thereafter, there will be an additional service fee for Bloomfield Systems phone and email support.
General Terms
This Bloomfield Systems Limited Warranty gives you, the end-user customer, express limited warranty rights from Bloomfield Systems. To the extent permitted by local law, Bloomfield Systems guarantees that it will repair, replace, or refund, at Bloomfield Systems's option, a Bloomfield Systems Product that manifests a defect in materials or workmanship during the Limited Warranty Period, if you, the end-user customer, provide Bloomfield Systems with notice of a defect in your Bloomfield Systems Product during the Limited Warranty Period. However, please note that cosmetic wear is not covered, and minor variations in size and finish are expected.
The Limited Warranty Period starts on the date of purchase. Your dated delivery receipt, showing the date of purchase, is your proof of the purchase date unless Bloomfield Systems informs you otherwise in writing. You will be required to provide proof of purchase as a condition of receiving warranty service.
In the unlikely event that your Bloomfield Systems Product has recurring failures or Bloomfield Systems determines it is unable to repair or replace the product, Bloomfield Systems, at its option, may elect to provide you with a replacement unit of the same or functionally equivalent performance, or a refund or credit of your purchase price. To the extent permitted by local law, this is your exclusive remedy for defective products.
Disputes arising out of this Limited Warranty are governed by the law of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Exclusions
BLOOMFIELD SYSTEMS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE THAT OCCURS AS A RESULT OF YOUR FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS INTENDED FOR THE BLOOMFIELD SYSTEMS PRODUCT.
This Limited Warranty does not apply to expendable or consumable parts and does not extend to any product that has been damaged or rendered defective as a result of the following:
- Accident, misuse, abuse, improper or inadequate maintenance or calibration
- External causes
- Failure to provide an environment that meets Bloomfield Systems requirements as described in the user manual
- Operation outside the usage parameters stated in the user documentation
- Use of parts or supplies not supplied by Bloomfield Systems
- Improper site preparation, maintenance, or environmental conditions that do not conform to Bloomfield Systems's site specifications
- Loss or damage in transit
- Modification or service by anyone other than Bloomfield Systems or a Bloomfield Systems authorized service provider
- Improper installation of Bloomfield Systems Product or approved parts
Limitation of Liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LOCAL LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL BLOOMFIELD SYSTEMS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE PRODUCT OR THE FAILURE OF THE PRODUCT TO PERFORM, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS OR SAVINGS, OR LOSS OF USE, OR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLOOMFIELD SYSTEMS'S ENTIRE LIABILITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT, REPAIR, OR REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE APPLICABLE PRODUCT, AT BLOOMFIELD SYSTEMS'S OPTION.
Customer Responsibilities
In order to avoid charges for issues not covered by your warranty, you will be asked to assist Bloomfield Systems as follows:
- Providing true, accurate, and complete information when filing a warranty claim
- Cooperating with Bloomfield Systems in resolving the problem using email or telephone
- If on-site repairs are not feasible, we may arrange for a replacement tub or factory repairs, with you covering removal and installation costs
- You are responsible for replacement filters
- While we cover parts under warranty, you will cover shipping costs
- Most repairs can be done by you — we will ship you a new part along with video instructions. If necessary, we will reimburse up to $10 per hour for approved service providers
- For minor cracks or leaks requiring simple touch-up, we will mail you a touch-up kit along with video instructions

Claims must be made within the Limited Warranty Period.
Delivery Inspection and Damage Reporting
To ensure your order meets expectations, please follow these guidelines for inspecting your shipment upon delivery.
Inspect Before Signing — When your order arrives, carefully inspect the packaging and contents for any visible damage or discrepancies in quantity. Do not sign the delivery receipt until you have reviewed everything thoroughly.
Document the Condition — We recommend taking clear photos of the shipment, including any visible damage, before you open the package.
